Navigational search for data view: link to Discover app

Describe the feature

I wish to easily navigate from the top search bar by data view (index pattern) name to the Discover app searching within that data view.

For example if I type "functionbeat" in the top global nav search & select the functionbeat-* data view result:

• currently it takes me to the list of fields at /app/management/kibana/dataViews/dataView/<UUID>
• more often I actually want to search within /app/discover#/?_g=...&_a=...index:'<UUID>'...

Describe a specific use case for the feature

The use case here is simply ease of navigation - I more often want to search within a data view than to see/manage which fields it has.

Context / User story

After upgrading to 8.x I was very excited to discover CTRL+/ and that I could search for data views, and was genuinely about to post an excited message to my colleagues on this useful feature... but then I discovered it didn't actually take me to the underlying data (!)
