Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Describe the bug: Page button is missing discernible text(Axe help)

The fix for this is converting all of our tables to EUI tables which provide accessibility. The screenshot shown is for dashboard listing page, which has since been converted and has correct labeling. Closing this one out.
