Kibana version: 8.17.0

Elasticsearch version: 8.17.0

Server OS version: On cloud

Browser version: Chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from cloud (on 8.17.0 and wanting to upgrade it to 8.17.1)

Describe the bug: I got an 8.17.0 instance up wanting to upgrade it to 8.17.1 to test the release. Upgrade assistant is blocking me though. Its displaying ES critical warning for configuring source mode in mappings for two indices.

Configuring source mode in mappings is deprecated and will be removed in future versions. Use [index.mapping.source.mode] index setting instead.

Notice "Learn more" below the warning takes me to Nhat's PR - elastic/elasticsearch#117172
Note deleting indices and datastreams recreates them immediately.

Please note, I did upgrade successfully to 8.17.1 without changing anything in upgrade assistant.
