Describe the feature:

During editing, if Visualization or Dashboard is referenced by the same id across Spaces, have an option to save it to other Spaces. Perhaps good place to do that is below Save as a new visualization

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

Current workflow of exporting/importing SavedObjects is not efficient in some cases, e.g. there's a typo in label and has to be fixed on multiple Spaces
