[Canvas][stability] Smoke Test Candidates

Summary

@w33ble did a great job with #25262 creating a "Smoke Test" for Canvas loading. Today we learned a recent PR impacted plugin loading. I'm intending this issue to be used to track other candidates, like plugin loading, for smoke tests.

Please add/complete as necessary...!

Smoke Test Candidates

• Plugins in both kibana/plugins and kibana-extra load in Canvas properly.
• Reporting use, both API calls and actual output
• Testing with Reporting disabled (possible with a new config file, and can likely be done as an integration test instead of a selenium one)

Loading plugins was the next thing I wanted to add, I just haven't been able to connect with Spencer yet to learn how to do it (it'll require writing files as part of the test). Testing in dev may be tricky, I think all the tests just run on the build.
