Kibana version:
Master

Browser version:
IE11

At smaller screen sizes, the layout on the Monitoring overview and sub-pages begin to break down in IE11 (see screenshot below). After doing some poking around, it seems related to flex-box styles where Angular div elements are being placed within EuiPage.

Sweet!

I meant to ask in the other PR, but too late (you were too quick!)

We have a couple of backlog design items: #29100 and #27613

Do you think it makes sense to address those here? or maybe you already did?

The background min-height was fixed in the cleanup PR, so I just closed that issue. The dark mode stuff looks pretty solid to me. I'll ask Caroline and Dave to have a quick peak, but we may be able to close that one too.

Since Kibana is no longer supporting IE11 as a browser and this issue was IE11 specific, I am going to close it.
