For longer query filters in the timeline, if the query area is scrolled to the right, the Edit Filter popover is offset the scroll value, and may not be visible when clicked.

"Reviewed by Frank Hassanabad on 7/29/2020", This looks complete and will be shippable at this point. Going to close this and associated tickets. Any new bugs/features should be new tickets. The fix looks to be from the merged ticket
