The signal histogram's x-axis is not always scaled to the entire selected time period. This can lead to one bucket across the whole width. The x-axis should probably always show the entire time period, with bars only where there is data.

The Events count histogram on the new Overview page has the same issue. I assume it's the same cause, so just adding it here.

Actually, all histograms on the Overview page have that issue.
