This came from discuss post https://discuss.elastic.co/t/yarn-2-support/224085 about upgrading to yarn 2, referencing issue yarnpkg/yarn#7521. Since it is currently not on the roadmap, wanted to open discussion on when it should be added and if we have any issues with building Kibana with current supported version of yarn that could move this task up the timeline.
