[EPM] Support stream fields in index templates and kibana index patterns #61122

add stream fields to support the new indexing strategy : {type}-{dataset}-{namespace}
- stream.type
- stream.dataset
- stream.namespace
should we hardcode these fields on the Kibana side to make sure they are added to each template or enforce it in the registry?
stream fields will be constants ([EPM] Mappings and Kibana Index Patterns to support constant_keyword field #61112)
