From Kibana Home Page, use the side navigation bar to navigate to the "Graph" page
From the "Graphs" dialog select a graph
Using the keyboard only, tab over to the "Selections" table and tab through the "all", "none", "invert", "linked" controls. The next tab should drop down into the list which should be scrollable by keyboard only. Pressing enter on one of the entries should display additional data for the selected entry.
Scrolling through the table and displaying the additional entries is only possible with the mouse.
Additionally the Graph component is not accessible via the keyboard
