[Lens] Line/Bar Chart Visualization Scroll Bar Hides Text

Describe the bug:
Single digit fields get covered up by the scroll bar rendering the labels nearly useless.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Lens visualization with 10+ fields.
2. Add to dashboard and shorten the size until a scroll bar exists
3. See that the scroll bar cuts into the values.

Expected behavior:
I expect that the labels will be visible and not hidden by the scroll bar.

This could have been fixed by elastic/elastic-charts#1019 (v24.6.0) but could you verify this is fixed in master when you get a chance?

The only other thing would be that the legend only resizes once per render so an edge case may exist where the series names in the legend change without updating the legend width.

To reproduce, create a chart with this configuration using the logs sample data (disable the "other" bucket):

This is fixed in @elastic/[email protected] and in kibana master and 7.13.
