经压测发现running作业与host的map的添加了不同的TaskContext对象，导致无法正确清理，而产生内存泄漏

另外Fenzo的TaskScheduler也存在释放assignedTask不正确的情况，原因为添加时使用的是未分配slave时的taskId，删除时使用的是分配slave之后的taskId造成的不一致
