Hi,
I have previously worked with SVIM, where each SV in the varaints.vcf file contains a QUAL score which I have been able to filter the SVs based on. However with SVIM-asm all QUAL scores are NaN. Is there anyway to get SVIM-asm to calculate QUAL scores, or is there an other variable I can filter the SVs based upon?
