Looked into this a bit further and it looks like the production is just fine but there is a massive spike in the exchange volume for 1 hour that throws off the calculations. I'll look into solutions for this next week. |

A massive spike in the exchange volume measuring in at 2147220000 MW, this is obviously an error in the data and we need to flag the datapoint as an outlier.
