[Data Issue]: Massive exchange outlier in AR->BR-S exchange on 2020-04-25

What is the problem?

A massive spike in the exchange volume measuring in at 2147220000 MW, this is obviously an error in the data and we need to flag the datapoint as an outlier.

The zones/state have abnormal high electrical power production.

I'm not seeing any of that when looking at Brazil, could you share some more data like the exact zone and aggregate you are looking at?

Looked into this a bit further and it looks like the production is just fine but there is a massive spike in the exchange volume for 1 hour that throws off the calculations.

I'll look into solutions for this next week.
