Make @electron-forge/maker-snap working

Problem description

Could anybody make @electron-forge/maker-snap working on GitHub CI or local Ubuntu 20.04/22.04? I've faced with the errors and dependencies hell... multipass, lxd, libc etc...

I've created simple repo with electron snap maker: https://github.com/mahnunchik/electron-snap fill free to send a PR to run it on CI.

Current code stuck on:

You need 'multipass' set-up to build snaps: https://multipass.run/.

This is probably related to #2862. There are some troubleshooting instructions in that issue, if they don't work for you then I think you can open an issue at electron-userland/electron-installer-snap (see this issue and this PR). I'm closing this since it's probably not related to Forge.
