When a user is viewing Element on a Tablet screen, the Threads view opens a panel (similar to web) so that the timeline and thread panel can be viewed at the same time.

• Then, product will run an analysis of how many users this would apply to
• Engineering will provide an estimate of effort
• Prioritise issue accordingly (or close)
