Private CA issue

Steps to reproduce

1. It started with the last release, when the login interface changed on android. (until 1.4.27 was working)
2. When I choose the server it appears the usual "Trust the certiicate?" I say Yes but I cannot go further
3. If you did not log out you can update Element with no issue

I cannot go further and it keep asking "Trust Certificate?"

a workaround is to deeplink into the app with https://mobile.element.io/?hs_url=matrix.org&is_url=matrix.org replacing matrix.org with your homeserver

Hi,
I think I have this issue on the client Element Android Version 1.4.36 (40104360) (from F-Droid) I can't access to my matrix-synapse self-hosted server from the public ip address: It show me this "trust" page too with some fingerprint, but like you nothing happens when if I choose to trust or not so I'm unable to connect.
This happens from the outside public address.

From the local network I don't have this "trust" display.
I don't have this behavior from a Element iOS client (with the public ip)

Is it normal?
