[Story] Verify with recovery key

Description

• As an user that logged into Element X and has no other sessions but has recovery set up
• I want to be able to enter my recovery key so that I can retrieve my secrets
• So that I can be verified and get access to my encrypted messages (if backup was set up)

Acceptance criteria

In this situation the application should:

• the app should show the "Verify it's you" banner
• the verification screen should have a new Enter recovery key (plain) button underneath the existing "Start verification" button (only if possible i.e. recovery has been set up)
• Tapping on the enter recovery key button should behave the same as tapping on the "Backup out of sync" banner i.e. present the secure backup settings section

Once recovery has been confirmed no other banners or badges should be displayed and the account should be fully set up.
