Description

The edit box is flush with the bottom of the window and that is annoying for two reasons.

1 If my mouse is hovering over a link it is obstructed from view.
2 I have to look all the way to the bottom of the screen without a visual aid to see where the box starts and ends.

Steps to reproduce

Attached a screenshot to show how confusing it looks.

The edit box should have a visible rectangle around it and have some margin at the bottom of the window.

We have #8068 on file for the link tooltip portion.
