App getting crash while converting the m4a to ogg format #17

Describe the bug
not occuring frequently but app is getting crash for the first converting for every first time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.try to convert the m4a to ogg
2. app is getting crash

mFormatFlags : 44
mBytesPerPacket : 2
mFramesPerPacket : 1
mBytesPerFrame : 2
mChannelsPerFrame : 2

mReserved : 0

Expected behavior
Need to convert the m4a to ogg format
