System Settings (About) is missing from notifications apps list

What Happened?

System Settings (About plug) handles system updates and sends notifications but it does not show in the list of apps in the notifications plug.

I would like to be able to disable the "notifications list" option (while keeping the Bubbles and Sound enabled) so that any notifications for software updates do not persist in the notifications indicator.

Steps to Reproduce

Wait for notifications from system settings about plug. Observe the notifications are persisted in the indicator list with the icon for system settings.

Expected Behavior

Include the system settings app (about plug) in the notifications plug so that users can toggle bubbles, sounds and notification list options.
