No response when user speaks for more than around 20s

currently building ai tutors using the new conversational ai react SDK. Been great so far until I found that if the user speaks continuously for more than around like 20-20s, the “listening” state will be stuck forever. This happens on your testing playground too and even on your agents within your landing pages. Any ideas for fix? Thanks.

Some additional issues after we have launched that I have noticed

• Sometimes response only returns 1 word (quite serious issue)
  

• Not sure why sessions can last up to the max limit despite no conversations (this is costing us credits despite no interactions)
