[Conversational AI] First part of first message is not audible #29

When testing I noticed that sometimes the first part of first message cuts.

For example, when it should say "Hi There! I'm your friendly assistant", when I start conversation I only hear "... friendly assistant" without "Hi There! I'm"

We also noticed that it reproduces often for our USA customers and rarely occurs for our European and Asian customers.

I wonder, does anybody else experience this issue. Also, please advice what to do?
