Describe What Is Incomplete
The function Xgit.Plumbing.ReadTree.run/2 doesn't have a way to specify that the tree being read should be spliced into the existing dir cache. This would be an equivalent to the --prefix option on git read-tree.

Definition of Done
A prefix option is implemented and behaves similarly to git read-tree --prefix.
