Probably related to org-roam/org-roam#2207, but I'm not sure how to reproduce it (it may just be opening a note that violates this constraint?).

There's a design bug/inconsistency in org-roam, and I don't really want to work around it.

Nor do I know how to fix it in org-roam, or have the time to figure it out.
