Local versions installed via bower overriding local project ones

The treeFor hook needs to be updated so that it doesn't include all the extra stuff bower likes to install. Currently ember, ember-data, handlebars, jquery, etc are all overriding local versions in your project

@jakecraige - The project versions should "win", not the addon's.

@rwjblue I thought this happened in one of my projects but maybe not. I'll close for now. If I see it again or someone else does we can readdress.
