Create Partners section

What

Partners section to be designed and built for the homepage. This should match the wireframe as close as possible and be the first section of the homepage.

How

Section as a partial and included on the homepage. This should be the third section on the home page; after 'Why this cause'.

Considerations

• Signing off should be done by design, UX and QA.

• Provide brand style guide + Hi-Fi mockup
• Build section
• Include on home page
