The website should be added to the Google Web Master Tools. Also, a sitemap should be provided.

In my opinion there is to create a gmail account for the User Group. So that, we can link the PayPal account to this address, and we can add the site to the Google Web Master Tools of the Account. For example, [email protected] seems to be free at the moment.
