test portability

Use one of the recipes as a test case.
Ask collaborators for help ie people with different setups/expertise to run it based on the provided instructions.
Would be great to provide short & simple instructions that are specific to platforms on the wiki.

test on

• MBpro
  • ideally Apple silicon
  • Expectation: apart from parallelised sequencing pipelines/tasks, everything very fast
  • (Good) enough for competitions in biomedical data science and/or usage without HPC?
  • quick test with unsupervised_analysis module broke at package installtion (Complexheatmap dependencies) because of lack of availability... did not investigate further.
