For example, i have a frontend app which use port 8080 . I want to access that port using port-forward then accessing it through my local web browser

Just do this:

$ kubectl port-forward pod/[pod name] [port]

For example, when I run a warp pod like so:

$ kubectl warp -it --exclude="**/build/**,.git/" --image adoptopenjdk:11-jdk-hotspot "$USER-backend" -- ./graldew bootRun

I port forward it with this command:

$ kubectl port-forward pod/vera-backend 5001
Forwarding from 127.0.0.1:5001 -> 5001
Forwarding from [::1]:5001 -> 5001
