Can't get data for Bank issued credit card

I have a credit card issued by the bank (כרטיס אשראי בנקאי) with Leumi. The issuing company is כאל.
But I'm unable to add the card to my כאל account, and I can't get the information from my Leumi account.

How can I resolve this?

On which issuer you can see the transactions?

Do you know if the transactions (where you see them) are listed as other cards/accounts, or are they in a different category?
