Additional info

esm.sh version: v59
Importing directly from https://esm.sh/[email protected] not working because mount() produces an empty renderer similar to this.  when i use 'import Vue from vue' #53
Importing from unpkg is ok: https://unpkg.com/[email protected]/dist/vue.esm-browser.js
