more a long term thing - but we should have it on the radar. Currently we heavily rely on these centralized services - but we should move away from it and at least provide alternatives. Especially meetup might become a problem as we are connected to most of the audience this way.

For Twitter a first step could be to use a cross-poster (like MOAparty https://moaparty.com/) and automatically cross-post to Mastodon (e.g. fosstodon.org).
