System info: ethermint main

Steps to reproduce:

  1. create filter of newPendingTransactions, check the returned hash, it's not eth tx hash on chain.

Expected behavior: should return eth tx hash

Actual behavior: return tm hash

Additional info: [Include gist of relevant config, logs, etc.]
