[Feature Request]: Allow setting public ip assignment for SKS nodepools

What feature would you like to have in the provider?

Currently, it is not possible to set "Public IP assignment" (dual, inet4, none, default is inet4) for sks nodepools. I wish to add this so we can use non default values.

I believe this might also need an update to egoscale v3 (but no idea). If you point me in the right direction, I'd be happy to help :)
