[BUG] when i try to run zen browser its opening my documents folder instead

Describe the bug
i pinned my browser named zen browser and when i run it explorer runs instead wich didnt happend on the last version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'taskbar'
2. Pin 'zen browser'
3. Click on 'zen browser'
4. What Opens 'explorer'

Expected behavior
i expect that it will be fixed and i can run the programs that i click and not the other program

btw it only works fine when i add the browser as an ink file (shortcut file)

try it on v2.1.0, you need repin the item to see changes.
