Evaluate if we want to bring back location to users/devices endpoint

This is related to fablabbcn/smartcitizen-web@70aea32 (which can be reverted)
location is not included in the device representation in the users endpoint, which makes the kit list show 'No location' on all cards.

Maybe not worth it since we are doing so much more work on the monolith, but just to keep track. @timcowlishaw
