nth Check Depandabot Issue

Can please anyone Help me by suggesting, what's the problem in this, why my depandabot is not be able to add nth check security in my project, as they also show Security as HIGH so its important to add them.

• what will be the procedure to do this, in effective way.
• also how we make this, to not show error again and again
