Mock-up improved layout for by the numbers page

What we're after: Following up on the usability testing conducted at the Chicago conference, we identified some pain points with the by the numbers pages. Specifically, we noted that there was confusion on how to use the top two features. Because of the way the page is laid out it seems as if the two features are attached or related. They are not and should be distinct.

Completion criteria:

• Mockup an improved page layout for the raising and spending by the numbers pages that make it clear all features are separate.
• Open followup ticket for implementation
