What we're after:
We're still not seeing our users navigate to the landing pages for information. Places we know contain the information our users are most interested in them. We need to consider what ways we can improve the navigation and bridge the gap we're seeing in the user journey.

Completion criteria:

  • Identify analytics to get some insight into how our users are currently navigating
  • Research design best practices that we have yet to employ
  • Mock up possible solutions
  • Open follow-up implementation ticket

Future work:

  • Test the changes
