Pagination Numbers

What we're after: #3041 added the table information / results compass but we ran into issues with adding the page number blocks for schedules a & b. We need to figure out how to handle that, including adding it for everywhere except a & b.

• Page number blocks/links work where they appear and they aren't available for any tables whose data don't support paging jumps (e.g., schedule A only supports next & previous).
