(After July 5) Redirect testing (Redirects merged into 18.4)

Summary

What we're after:
As a user, I don't want outdated content.

We need to rest redirects that merged during 18.4 release.

Completion criteria

• Transition redirects merged into 18.4 release are working
• www or Wagtail redirects are put in as needed -
• PRs merged for the ones that needed correcting. related PR for transition is linked and related PR for www is linked.
• 18.4 section of redirect spreadsheet is updated
• Take-down ticket created; Pages or files that can be taken down are added to take-down ticket.
• Testing ticket created for the transition and www PRs that were needed post-testing

There were a number of www redirects that didn't work when put into Wagtail. Will need to do a www redirect PR for those.

A couple of form instruction redirects redirected to the wrong file. Will need a new transition PR for those.

Testing ticket created and spreadsheet updated. Redirects we will tackle in a future sprint moved to their own tab for simplicity.
