Accommodate other work opportunities on careers page

What we're after:
Need to add the OGC externship to the careers page. As part of the design for this page, we need to see what our options are regarding the short-term or long-term implications might be. For now, we've added a text block with the language for OGC as a temporary measure.

Long-term proposals:

• Fake add it to the USAJobs feed
• Create a similar feed section for externships/internships/other opportunities.
• Create posts in the Open Opportunities page to link to with information on how to apply, etc.
• Modify API call to include Open Opportunities

Action items:

• Explore the code on that page to attempt creating a separate feed with the usajobs feed appearance.
• Mock-up different designs

Completion criteria:

• Recommend design and dev changes to support other opportunities

Thank you, @JonellaCulmer ! My initial response is that option 2 might make it easier for job seekers to find what they are looking for. One question I will look into is how often we are posting "other opportunities." If it is only during certain and limited times of the year that might change our perspective.

If the positions are submitted to USAJobs like any other Job, (which it looks like they are in the second mockup) then we might be able use the Job family series pull them in separately for separate section.

To answer your other question about utilizing the Open Opportunities USA jobs page from a backend perspective, I was not able to see a way to query that with the API yet, but that does not mean its not possible.
