What we're after:
Need to identify a better place to direct filers to reporting information than the general electronic filing overview page.

Action items:

Updated "Learn more about filing joint fundraising reports" section link to a more relevant location.
Link: https://www.fec.gov/help-candidates-and-committees/candidate-taking-receipts/joint-fundraising-representative/

Completion criteria:

Filers should be taken to a page that assists with reporting joint fundraising transfers
