What we're after:
Routine sprint ticket for banner work each sprint.

Banner language spreadsheet
Banner How to

Completion criteria

Banners set up for:

  • No open meetings this sprint (12/14 is next open meeting)
  • EFO maintenance banner set up to go live 12/1 at 5 pm and expire on 12/2 at 10 am
  • Anything else that comes up (eFiling maintenance, rulemaking or policy comment period, government closure, etc.)
  • Banner ticket created for 23.5
