Clear out unneeded raw filing data

What we're after: We only need to keep a certain amount of raw filing data beyond a certain point. We need to get a clarification on what that time period is exactly. Once we determine how far back we need to go, we should clear out unneeded raw filing data.

Completion criteria:

• Determine how much data we want to show and what can go
• Delete the data from the database beyond that cutoff point
