钉钉加签认证官方文档：https://open.dingtalk.com/document/orgapp/custom-bot-creation-and-installation#592f0380c1hfc

加签后的 url 地址多了两个参数，程序还需要重新生成完整的 url 地址的逻辑和处理。需要有开关来判断是否启用了加签，然后生成 timestamp 和 sign 组合到 url 参数里。

应用现在可以支持加签了吗？我看了配置文件好像没有配置的地方
