For the purpose of development, it would be nice to have a version of Loader that produces console output.

Currently, the distro strips all console logs.

In terms of @ff0000-ad-tech, https://github.com/ff0000-ad-tech/wp-deploy-manager would need to inject a the ad-load bundle according to whether the deploy is debug/traffic.
