To apply to be an allocator, organizations will submit one application for each proposed pathway to DataCap. If you will be designing multiple specific pathways, you will need to submit multiple applications.

Wanted to let you know this issue has been received. Thank you.

As of 17 April, there is no open application period to apply to become a new Allocator. That said, working on a system in late Q3 that will allow for rolling applications. I'll leave this issue open, and when the next open enrollment period opens up, will tag you in the comments to let you know where to submit the full applications. In the meantime, recommend you obtain a physical ledger and check out some of the recent Allocator Governance meetings.
